Refunds policy

 

Overview

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.

Gift cards are non-refundable

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For items returned more than 30 days after delivery, only partial refunds will be issued.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@mycartoonsports.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not specified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to you as a gift at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift recipient, who will be notified of your return.
